This Argentine-style model made entirely of 304 stainless steel, has a grilling surface made of stainless steel angles with a length of 115 cm by 49.5 cm deep, the elevation system is by steel cables for a smoother and easier operation and a lift system lock to control the cooking temperature.

Like the Brasa VES model, the unique cooking system is the same, only we take advantage of the entire surface to offer a single lift-up grill where you can place more food for grilling at the same time.
